My name is Nicholas. Before anyone reads this topic, understand that while I am an atheist, I am going to do my best to remain respectful and courteous on this message board to its Christian members. My goal in joining is to get to better know what Christians believe today and hopefully to be challenged on my position on the existence of god. I am not here to try to convince others to become an atheist, but because I want you to challenge me.
An important issue is why I chose this message board in particular. Well, the reason is simple: No other active message boards would let me join without lying. They all have rules in their terms of registration that say that I am not allowed to discuss the validity of Christianity, or even join at all as an atheist. This sort of rule does more harm than they think, because it gives me the impression that they are more interested in staying ignorant than in trying to spread the message of the Bible. This board, however, appears to have more intelligent and caring members, and I am thankful that I am allowed to join in discussion. I will mostly stay in the "Discussion of Basic Bible Truths" section, since that is what I am most interested in.

i will love you enough to give you the whole world to own if you would choose to believe in nothing which you are at this very moment, unfortunately, this world does not belong to myself. so bring it on and let's do this. but, before you do so, remember that you are challenging the very things of GOD, to which our tiny winny little minds is not able to and cannot be able to comprehend. but, your questions, i guess will basically be around the scriptures which unfortunately, GOD is indeed beyond that. o! sir, i am so hungry for people like you, not to consume but to share the things of GOD that can only be truth if you and i and we and every person in this planet just take the step of faith. oh! yes. i am looking forward to your questions, pliz bring it on! and i will love you like i've never loved a person before in my entire 27 years of life in this planet coz we will celebrate you, me and the angels of the almighty GOD.

Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here.
If you're coming from an atheist perspective then you'll probably want to post in the "Defence and Confirmation of the Gospel" section. You'll find a place in there to question the Bible's accuracy or the existence of God, etc. You may want start by reading some of the topics in the Library section there called The Hard Questions.
